Sandy’s Kitchen Adventures

Over the past 15 years, the pounds continued to creep up on me until I reached my all time high weight of 204 lbs. I tried numerous diet plans, but every plan was a constant struggle and I gained all or most of my weight back. I finally lost over 60 lbs on the Medifast plan!
